Key Achievements
1-) Setting up the website: Establishing the mobile compatible website in a short time like 1 week to meet all e-commerce infrastructure processes of Shopify.
2-) Completion of measurement processes: Establishment of all measurement methods, including e-commerce processes, with the Analytics tool. Ensuring the integration of all events necessary for advertising work.
3-) Increased sales revenue: Increased sales revenue from 0 to $2,137 in March.
Our first goal in our journey that we started with Mikos Store in March 2023 was to create a website where we can sell. In a short time like 1 week, we established the website using the Shopify infrastructure. In this process, we took very fast action as a team and created a successful site.
Before the advertisement, Google Analytics was installed in order to receive the data in a healthy way. Afterwards, Facebook events for the ad panels were added. We started the advertising activities in order to bring the sales, which is our immediate target, by providing the integration of these processes very quickly.
Before the advertisement works, we made video and banner studies in order to get our CTR rate at the maximum. Immediately after these works were completed, we implemented Facebook ads. We created different campaign structures and obtained the following successful data.

What will we not do? What are we going to continue and try new things?
We need to be more active on social media accounts.
We will determine campaign setups on advertising platforms such as Google and Tiktok Ads.
We should implement A/B tests by doing more visual work.
We will definitely aim to increase the income by determining the strategies to open to new countries.
We need to double our ROAS at least 2x.
