Key Achievements

1-) Team of 12: We managed to increase the team of 5 people to 12 people in a short period of 6 months. We conducted more than 100 interviews in total.

2-) Systematic Work: We think that systematic and thesis work is inevitable and critical. We did the team's Google Drive and ClickUp onboarding. The team started to measure the tasks and times they worked on ClickUp.

3-) OKR: We have gathered the company goals of 2023 under 3 Objectives. We also direct the team to achieve these goals.

Our first goal in this journey, which we started with Este Nove in November 2022, was to establish and structure the Marketing team. In this process, Performance Marketing, Community Management, Influencer Marketing, PR and Creative teams were established. The team increased from 5 to 12 people.

While growing the team, we paid attention to systematic progress. The team started to measure the tasks and times they worked on ClickUp. Thanks to the OKR we created, we were able to see our year goals much more clearly.


In this process, we also cared about team motivation. We received regular feedback from the team with the 1-1 meetings we held once in 2 weeks. We organized events to bring the team together.
